Overview

Salish Quay is a brand new marina located in beautiful Nanaimo, BC. Our state-of-the-art facility offers boathouses ranging from 75 to 130 feet, daily, and annual pleasure moorage solution, ensuring a perfect fit for your yacht. A marina and facilities designed to the same exacting standards as your prized possession.

Premium Facilities

At the heart of the Salish Quay are eight state of the art boatsheds and and 250 feet of premium uncovered slips.

Sheds available include: four 80 foot sheds, one 90 foot shed, one 95 foot shed, one 100’ shed and a flagship 130’ shed.

In addition to the sheds and uncovered slips available for lease, the facility offers a 75 foot dingy dock for public access when visiting the restaurant at Salish Quay.

Seawall and Seating Area (Phase 1)

The project will be an important piece of connected the Seawall from Mafeo Sutton Part to The Village at Stlilup, constructing an 18 foot wide seawall, proudly representing Snuneymuxw artwork.

Over Water Restaurant (Phase 2)

Phase 2 will be defined by the construction of a 4,500 square foot restaurant with 3,700 sqft patio suspended over channel waters accessed from the Seawall.

Retail Space

There will be a maximum of four potential units in the block building:

Unit A and Unit B – Stewart Avenue Street Level - 1,000 to 2,184 square feet main floor with up to 1,000 square feet in mezzanine, 20 foot ceilings before mezzanine.

Unit C and Unit D – Seawall / Parking Lot Level – 1,000 to 2,050 square feet, 8 foot ceilings, walkout level to seawall, sheds and boat slips.
